OrProvide Project Management support and facilitation for the commercialization of new foods through the established project management process

Manage a project Business Brief from kickoff to final sign off
Manage Communications between all stakeholders
Monitor, maintain, and report on costs and project progress
Lead Project teams, providing motivation, focus and guidance as necessary
Maintain communication between business leads, internal sponsors, management and clients
Develop, manage and execute the project plan
Manage the Studio art development thru release
•  Demonstrate thought leadership and management in the execution of new foods
•  Develops and manages project specific timelines to meet or exceed project objectives
•  Leads a cross-functional business team to commercialize food items as they move through the commercialization process
Work with all cross-functional teams – Customer Development, R&D, Regulatory, Customer Finance, Procurement Indirect/Direct, Bakery directors, Stakeholders
Communicate and develop project requirements in partnerships with internal and external teams
•  Responsible to suggest and implement process improvement solutions
•  Communicate regularly with the Project team to meet timelines, stay within budget, and highlight issues and delays to senior management
•  Will simultaneously manage multiple projects in a highly matrix organization
•  Prepare and ensure the accuracy of status reports, risk assessments, change and resource requests
•  Coordinate changes and resources, Anticipate “opportunities” throughout the project and provide immediate solutions to avoid delays

 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in project management

- Demonstrated success using analytical skills, as well as written, and verbal communication skills

- Strong Financial acumen and problem solving skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively across multiple functions and personalities

- Adaptable, flexible, positive, open to learning, developing and welcoming of new ideas

- Accessible to internal and external clients

- Well organized, and able to work on multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast paced environment

- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit, ambitious, ability to operate without supervision

- Experience working with Microsoft Office

- SAP experience
