Key Accountabilities

Reporting to the Vice President, Supply Chain Solutions, the Director, Supply Chain PMO is responsible for establishing and overseeing a dynamic PMO that will support the delivery of Supply Chain goals and overall business strategy. This will be achieved through strong cross functional partnerships to ensure end to end alignment on and understanding of new processes and programs. The Director will establish the strategy, goals and priorities for the PMO, reassessing as needed to quickly adapt to changing business needs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all major Supply Chain projects are planned, approved and implemented on time and within budget, working closely with IT and business counterparts
  • Drive effective change management cross-functionally to support implementation of new projects and processes
  • Support creation and updates of SOP’s as needed and ensure governance in place with clear hand-off to business or support functions to sustain process or tool changes
  • Provide regular status updates to key stakeholders with clear direction on all risks to the project and impact on timeline and budget
  • Prepare and lead presentations to be delivered across various levels within the organization
  • Work cross-functionally to design, develop and prioritize projects across Supply Chain functions to support overall Supply Chain and business strategies

 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of Supply Chain or Project Management experience required
  • PMP certification a plus
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and affect change
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Technically Savvy
