Key Accountabilities

Responsible for Account P&L management for the ARYZTA QSR business, including setting pricing, managing trade spending, reporting and analyzing sales performance, deductions, and margins. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Finance, QSR.



  • Responsibility for Account/Customer level P&L
    • Manage Customer Level Pricing and Trade Spend
    • Manage Customer Level Promotional programs – Accountable for managing against budget
  • Prepare Week/Month/Quarter/Year End Customer Finance reports.
  • Ad-hoc reporting as dictated by the business
  • Evaluates effectiveness of pricing strategies and modifies pricing structures as needed to align to channel and corporate strategy. 
  • Build strong relationships with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive the successful implementation of identified optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze new contract requests for alignment with pricing strategies and account growth objectives.
  • Perform price change impact analysis, including GM risk and profitability assessments.
  • Sales budget co-management with individual sales personnel
  • Continually evaluate competitors and ARYZTA’s position relative to the marketplace.
  • Distressed Product Exposure Management – Accountable for managing exposure against forecast
  • Customer Business Reviews – Accountable for timely and accurate reviews
  • Develop an understanding of food manufacturing and distribution costs.
  • Effectively work cross functionally on new food development
  • Independently lead and drive various special projects to improve gross profit and competitive position in the marketplace, including initiatives that may be ‘owned’ by other functions


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of in-depth financial analysis experience
  • 1-3 years of pricing and trade management experience
  • At least 2 years of reporting experience
  • Forecasting experience
  • Previous pricing or revenue management experience
  • A college degree in a business field or related experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to collaborate and work in diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated initiative and follow-through
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • QSR, Retail or FS background preferred
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
  • Prior SAP experience preferred
