Job Description

Job Title

  • Sr. FSQA Specialist (Contract - About 3-5 months)


  • Remote or Chicago, IL


  • FSQA

Reporting to

  • Directors, Bakery FSQA


Position Purpose

This temporary role will provide support and assistance to the bakery teams, and FSQA Directors to assure a timely transition to Aspire Bakeries on our AIMS Program documents and records; along with other related name changing activities required of the bakeries.


Key Accountabilities

  • Assure bakery and business compliance are maintained with name change updates to programs and documentation.
  • Assure accurate information is transferred to all required changes made.
  • Assure priorities, established by CS team members, are adhered to.


  • Document updates possibly in multiple systems, e.g. SharePoint, EtQ, multiple applications within with Windows suite.
  • Assure accurate transfer of information is completed on a defined schedule.
  • Complete tasks in a timely fashion, and use the most efficient methods to perform these tasks.



Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • EtQ Experience preferred
  • SharePoint knowledge preferred
  • Understanding of Food Manufacturing or FDA regulatory compliance a plus, as documents and some tasks may require a basic knowledge to complete.
  • Ability to perform tasks on a schedule, but work largely unsupervised as this is may be a remote position.
  • Must have high level of computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and meet established task completion timelines.



Education, Technical Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Proficiency Level



  • High School Graduate




  • Training in Quality Systems
  • Documented Training or certification in use of Windows Suite; SharePoint and EtQ
  • Familiarity with procedure writing.
  • Post-secondary education
