HRIS Analyst (9 Months Contract)

The Role:


As a member of the HR Services Team, the HRIS Analyst is responsible for the maintenance, configuration, operation and ongoing administration of ARYZTA’s HRIS (SAP Success Factors) system.  Reporting to the HR Services Director, the HRIS Analyst will be the “go-to” information resource for all HR process related queries by understanding thoroughly the full set of HR processes as well as a working knowledge of the underlying systems on which they are operated. This position new position is initially for a 9 months fix term contract.

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain optimal functionality of the HR Systems, which may include configuration, development and maintenance management;
  • Responsible for providing day-to-day support in the use of the HRIS system to enable the smooth execution of employee life cycle transactions and organisational data quality and integrity. This includes both users in the local European HR teams and employee/manager self-service users;
  • Identifying the root causes for user problems escalating to SAP support as required for technical issue; 
  • Build and manage standard reports which end users can run on demand, as well as running centralised reports across the wider organisation;
  • Help manage SAP bi-annual technical system launches (upgrades) ensuring all universal system changes are assessed and regression testing completed. Assess optional system changes and make recommendations on their usefulness to Aryzta;
  • Help maintain data integrity in systems and ensuring compliance with legislation e.g. GDPR.
  • Support HR initiatives when required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Relevant third level degree qualification in IT or HR required.

 

Experience:

Essential:

  • 2+ years’ experience with SAP Success Factors Employee Central or other similar HRIS system.
  • Solid MS Office knowledge with advanced Excel skills;
  • Great written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with confidential and sensitive data and to adhere to SLAs;
  • Demonstrated ability to distil technical information into consumable formats and effectively present to different audiences;
  • High attention to detail and great organisation skills;
  • Good troubleshooting abilities, able to think proactively, identify problems and provide solutions and exhibit a high level of self-initiative;
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.

Desirable:

  • Systems administration experience with the following SAP Success Factors modules: Performance Management, Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing;
  • Familiarity with an IT ticketing tool, such as ServiceNow will be highly regarded.
