The Business Services Operational Support role - Maternity Leave Contract will ensure the smooth operation of the Business Services operations function along with responsibility for the execution of equipment roll outs across the AFS island of Ireland business.

 

Location: Grange Castle Business Park, Clondalkin, Dublin 22

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • To set up & maintain ‘maintenance contracts’ and management of the ‘Dispute Management’ system on SAP for all Business Services related billing queries through to resolution.
  • To manage all roll out schedules related to installation of fixtures & equipment.
  • To manage weekly truck days in conjunction with the service provider ensuring truck days stay within agreed budget whilst ensuring route efficiency through maximising drops etc.
  • To monitor 3rd Party warehousing to ensure pallet spaces remain within agreed budget limits and proactively work to reduce pallet space holding.
  • To maintain waste management and WEE register.
  • Asset management – to ensure the end to end process of serialised equipment is followed from PO, through to keying of order to customer, through to maintaining the Fixed Asset Register.
  • To track equipment post store closure/change of ownership to ensure accuracy of billing and contract paperwork and execute uplift of equipment ensuring it is safeguarded.
  • To track and log CAPEX spend to ensure it stays within budget.
  • To invoice bills to customers relating to chargeable Business Services items in a timely manner and ensure revenue stream remain on track.
  • To communicate with internal customers (predominantly Field Sales team) on a daily basis.
  • To demonstrate a good understanding of all SAP aspects that directly relate to the role.
  • To maintain Coffee and Oven Equipment Masterfile and subsequent follow through to Concept Masterfile.
  • To support with Trade Show setup including equipment and transport ordering.
  • To take full ownership of the SBC and fixture application processes including approval, equipment order, site surveys, schedule of install dates, transport arrangement and contract issue.
  • To demonstrate good work ethic and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • To prepare and create department reports as and when required.

 

Key Experience & Competencies – Essential:

  • A self-starter and results driven with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • A proven track record within the food business.
  • Excellent computer skills with a proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral, with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to access, analyse and interpret sales data.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer and store requirements and ability to address needs in a timely structured process.
  • Highly organised with demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines.
