Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the planning of Full Pallet Orders.  Despatching Stock based on FIFO rotation ( First in First Out )

• Responsible for Day Shift loose case picks for Chill and Frozen.

• Responsible for maintaining Goods out schedule.

• Responsible for collating files for Customs.

• Liaising with Supply Chain and Customs departments.

• Compiling daily and weekly reports for management.

• Communicating regularly with  Day Shift Manager and Goods Out Checkers.

• Allocate Trucks to Loading Bays and provide Order information to onsite Truck Shunter

• Generation of delivery documents and providing Dockets and Seals to hauliers.

Essential:

• PC skill requirement :-  Microsoft Excel – Microsoft Word– Microsoft Outlook
• Self starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Ability to work in Fast Paced and Busy environment.

• Excellent Customer Focus.
• Working to Deadlines.
• Highly Organised and Good Attention to Detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible
• Team player
