Sales/AR Administrator:



The Sales / AR Administrator will support the department with the day to day admin function. You will serve as a point of contact for customer queries and help contribute to the smooth operation of the department.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Processing of sales orders through SAP.
  2. Generating customer account statements and posting incoming debtor receipts.
  3. Sales analysis and reporting.
  4. Maintaining schedules and creating reports – extensive use of Excel and Outlook.
  5. Resolving customer queries including credit note and customer service issues.
  6. Assisting with journal entries and Bank reconciliations as required.
  7. Other administrative tasks such as filing as and when required.
  8. Liaising with the bakery and transportation team in Canada on a daily basis.
  9. To lead by example, and proactively role model in your behaviours / actions our core Values of Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity and Care’.


Required experience, skills and competencies:

  1. Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
  2. Excellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
  3. This role is suitable for an enthusiastic individual that is hard working and shows attention to detail.
  4. You will need to be a clear confident communicator and have the ability to work on one’s own initiative.
  5. You will need to be able to multi-task and manage a busy sales email Inbox.
