A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business partner to join our HR team based in Grange Castle, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

 

Overall Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the HR Director, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner will have full ownership of the management and delivery of Talent Acquisition activities across all ARYZTA Irish based business entities. 

 

In this varied role you will work closely with key business unit managers and senior stakeholders to provide strategic and commercial Talent Acquisition support and advice, while constantly looking to implement creative Talent Acquisition strategies to hire the most talented people in the right roles at the right time.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing and owning the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing strategy through to hiring talent and on-boarding. 
  • Partnering with hiring managers and various business stakeholders to deliver a high quality recruitment service and hire top talent; 
  • Proactively attracting high calibre candidates using creative search methods and tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, online job boards, social media, networking, events etc;
  • Handling multiple recruitment campaigns at different stages of their lifecycle, while having the ability to manage and control candidates and vacancies.
  • Acting as an ambassador for ARYZTA employer brand, culture, values and mission. Promoting ARYZTA as an equal opportunity employer and driving a fair process for both internal and external appointments; Consistently aiming to deliver a high-touch personalized candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and build talent pools.
  • Using an Applicant Tracking System ensuring candidate information is updated regularly and kept in line with GDPR regulations. Build talent pools for predictive needs.
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews and feedback calls; 
  • Provide statistical analysis in order to support decision-making, and using the Talent Acquisition data to build and improve the strategy. 
  • Enhancing the Induction and On-boarding experience at ARYZTA by managing and driving a structured and branded orientation process for new hires.
  • Involvement in various HR projects/processes/ad-hoc duties when required, as part of the wider HR team.

The ideal candidate will poses:

  • 4+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment/ talent acquisition ideally in a high volume environment in a similar industry or fast-moving organisation;
  • Experience in successfully recruiting across a wide variety of business functions;
  • Excellent networker;
  • Excellent communicator, both written, verbal and presenting; ability to communicate with diplomacy and manage difficult conversations; 
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills;
  • Ability to think strategically & execute tactically;
  • Previous experience in utilizing an ATS and/or HRIS is preferred; SAP SuccessFactors working knowledge will be advantageous; 
  • Solid MS Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
