The Senior HRIS Analyst partners with HR partners to analyze and improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The Senior HRIS Analyst builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Senior HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

 

Location: Los Angeles, CA or Remote 

**This is a contract position.**

 

Duties Include:

  • Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements
  • Evaluate HR systems to identify points of improvement
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate (new) HR processes
  • Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the systems used in the organization (SuccessFactors and DayForce)
  • Serve as a system administrator for HR systems and applications
  • Ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms
  • Work with HR, finance and Payroll to maintain and improve the HRIS, including configuration, end-user access, security, and system efficiency
  • Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS 
  • Create Turnover Reporting and Ad-Hoc reporting as needed.
  • Analyze trends in HR Data
