Key Accountabilities

  • To develop and grow key strategic customer partnerships within the Foodservice channel.  Actively manage the day to day business priorities with a strategic focus to achieve sales plan objectives and financials. 



  • Achieve annual customer development plan and budget
  • Develop and execute customer Business Plans
  • Lead and develop key customer relationships
  • Understand all financial aspects of the business to achieve profitability targets
  • Manage new food development projects with ARYZTA cross functional team and customer cross function teams - R&D, costings, logistics, customer finance, procurement, production planning, etc.
  • Direct customer responsibilities - managing the strategic and tactical execution of all business aspects
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to manage customer initiatives and day to day tasks- customer service, demand planning, forecasting, markets, etc.
  • Anticipate and resolve customer issues
  • Manage regular meeting cadence to support customers - business reviews, trade shows, innovation sessions, commodity updates, etc


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • University/College Degree or Masters Preferred
  • Effective communicator, both oral and written
  • A working knowledge of Syndicated Data systems as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and team-based skills with the ability to build and maintain working relationships
  • Detail oriented, organized and a strong understanding of financial fundamentals including trade budget management
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability and willingness to travel across Canada and/or North America.
  • Driver’s license in good standing and good driving record.
