Key Accountabilities

Responsible for coordinating line staffing with direct and temporary workers.  Will verify and reconcile supervisor records with time clock records for hours worked and attendance.  Also assume responsibility for the timely and accurate reconciliation of  temp labor invoices with time clock records.


  • Create and maintain daily production spreadsheet of all direct and temporary worker hours worked and absences.
  • Work closely with each Supervisor to track attendance and enforce attendance guidelines.
  • Run time clock records for direct  hires and temporary worker to verify hours worked.
  • Compare temporary staffing agency invoices with time clock records and hours worked on spreadsheets and reconcile and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintains labor records including hours and attendance up-to-date and easily accessible to staff and management.
  • Participate in the analysis identifying staffing/financial risks and opportunities.
  • Work with each department supervisor to develop and maintain appropriate standards for each department.
  • Keep management informed on key issues.
  • Other jobs and tasks as may be assigned.


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Education:  High school diploma or equivalent required.  College or other coursework in accounting preferred.
  • Prefer 1 – 3 years in manufacturing environment.  Prior experience supervising or supporting human resources or personnel strongly preferred.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills a strong asset.
  • Must have excellent computer skills with Excel and time and attendance systems.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and diligence to question and understand anomalies, errors and discrepancies.
