Key Accountabilities

Responsibility of the Process Order Analyst is to reconcile each process order produced during each production day. It is key for the Process Order Analyst to ensure the accuracy of both finished goods and raw and packaging material inventory. There is also a need to thoroughly investigate and track down any variance issues within each process order. Finally the Process Order Analyst is required to report any issues that they come across to the shift managers in order to get these corrected going forward.



  • Reconcile Process Orders
  1. Staying in good contact with production department to ensure proper communication and documentation of production reporting is accurate.
  2. Balancing out each process order of finished product for each production run.
  3. Balancing out each process order of raw and packaging materials for each production run.
  4. Verifying and correcting all returns
  5. Ensure SLED is being followed correctly
  6. Reconciling each staging and line location
  7. Communicating with shift leads and supervisors for any process order discrepancy
  8. Log and report all discrepancies


  • Inventory
  1. Investigate any inventory issues that are found during operation
  2. Monitor all staging locations utilized during daily operations
  3. Log and report all discrepancies


  • Clerical Duties
  1. Reporting all daily activities and notes in a shift summary
  2. Reporting KPI #’s from each production day


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English. Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, preferred knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent math skills
  • Requires to work independently while following deadlines
  • Ability to work and communicate with other departments
  • Great organizational skills
  • Minimum: High School Diploma
  • Minimum:  2 years’ experience in the Food Manufacturing, Logistics/Cold Storage Warehousing or Inventory
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in Excel or other Microsoft Applications.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with all departments and management levels.
  • Work well under Pressure and able to meet deadlines
