The Administrative Coordinator  is responsible for handling all administrative duties for the San Leandro office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a highly-visible and dynamic role and must have excellent communication and technology skills, strong analytical and prioritization capabilities, be detail oriented and self-directed. In addition, the candidate must be able to handle multiple priorities and projects while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment with a positive and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for scanning documents, importing, indexing, re-indexing and uploading all departmental files to a Shared drive.
  • Quality control of all documents to ensure the correct files are digitalized and stored correctly electronically. 
  • Responsible for imaging and indexing both paper and electronic documents with the proper and correct naming convention and supporting the paperless vision of the office.
  •  Prepares reports as needed using Microsoft Excel
  • Assists with scanning, copying, mailing etc.
  • Assists with other special projects as required
