The Key Account Representative position will play a critical role in the growth and expansion of ARYZTA’s Field Sales business.  The role will be primarily focused on the success and support of distribution, buying groups, noncommercial penetration and broker support. The Key Account Manager will design and execute short, medium, and long-term sales execution strategies that are aligned with ARYZTA’s Field Sales goals and objectives.  Additionally, this role will serve as a supporting function for any and all Field Sales-related activities.


  • Support development, implementation, and execution for specific customer plans to achieve targeted growth objectives
  • Provide category & industry insights, including concepts that will drive the business and create winning solutions for our customers
  • Inject originality through research, personal knowledge, and networking relationships to develop new ideas and solutions
  • Support, drive, and execute against Non-Commercial account compliance initiatives
  • Effectively work with cross functional teams within ARYZTA to maximize speed to market and provide category field insight to drive category and brands growth
  • Support all Field Sales marketing efforts including food shows, market blitzes, new product launches, promotions, and distributor sales meetings
  • Conduct quarterly broker trainings
  • Ability to handle and delivery multiple projects simultaneously, while keeping the company’s long-term goals in mind when addressing short-term issues and problems

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience, outside sales, Foodservice industry preferred
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Highly refined organizational skills
  • Excellent Computer Skills (word, excel, power point and internet usage)
  • Positive attitude and work environment presence
  • Demonstrates creativity and excitement around food and food trends
  • Excellent Communication Skills both Verbal and Written
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
