This is a temporary position with an expected contract duration of 6 months. 


Key Accountabilities

The Payroll Analyst (Temp) is responsible for maintaining the integrity of payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for ARYZTA employees.  The Payroll Analyst will assist with all current and upcoming projects as well as strengthening our overall processes.



  • Review weekly & biweekly payroll processing batches; provide feedback and ensure appropriate steps are taken to make any necessary corrections
  • Develop worksheets, templates and other tools to assist with process improvements.
  • Assist with payroll processing; weekly and bi-weekly
  • Oversee completion of special payroll requests such as bonus payouts, mid-cycle increases, etc.
  • Provide expertise to Payroll Specialists in assigned areas.
  • Remain current on new legislation and rulings that impact payroll. 
  • Prepare monthly analytical reports
  • Provide support to Director on external audits and internal document requests

Maintain employee confidence and keep information confidential.

  • Manage US Payroll for 4500 employees using ADP EV5
  • Manage etime system by updating data, managing access, ensuring time is completed for payroll, etc.
  • Partner with HR, HRIS and HR Shared Services (HRSS) teams to ensure handle day-to-day activities

Work with accounting on reconciliations, journal entries, and related activities

Experience with inpats tracking and reporting

Ability to manually calculate FLSA OT


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+  years Payroll experience in a fast paced multi state payroll environment.
  • CPP Certification desired
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; prior auditing experience preferred. 
  • The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong reconciliations skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
  • Proficiency in ADP EV5, eTime and ADPR.
  • Solid communication, customer service and organizational skills
